Как известно события в манге 5D, как и в Джииксовской, и в Зеаловской развиваются по другой линии нежели в аниме. Я надеюсь их всё же когда-нибудь почитать более менее нормально, а пока остаётся довольствоваться лишь этим. Т-Т


here’s the whole post-duel sequence, the context is that they used to be classmates in this elite school for psychic duelists, but two years ago aki ran away from the school and sherry was bitter about it 4ever apparently. the dialogue, in case the pictures are too poor to make it out:

sherry: …you ran away…you ran away from the academy. how could i lose to you…?
aki: sherry…it’s true…i might have run away…duel academy sanctuary may foster elite duelists…but even there, i could have enjoyed dueling. i know…because your dueling proved it to me.
s: turbo duels…turbo duels are…fun? if that feeling…makes elites stronger…then it may be worth consideration
a: sherry…
s: still, to think you’d ride a duel runner with your eyes shut…when did you learn that trick?
a: huh? if i hadn’t been so desperate to beat your hand scan…even i…can’t believe it…i could never do that again…!
s: you haven’t changed…you’re still as obstinate as ever.
a: and you’re just as stubborn.
s: you’d better win this…aki!
a: that’s the plan…sherry!

Насколько я поняла, в манге Аки и Шерри были подругами и учились в спец-академии для псионик-дуэлистов? Т.е. в манге Шерри тоже псионик-дуэлист?! оО
